In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "paus66" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the paus66 online gaming and sportsbook platform accessible at paus66.bio and its related sub-domains.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or places wagers through the paus66 platform.
• "Account" means the registered personal account a Player creates on paus66 to access its services.

• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all paus66 operational communications, support hours, and promotion schedules unless otherwise stated.

By accessing paus66.bio, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the paus66 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your Account.

paus66 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates.

To register and maintain a paus66 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. paus66 is strictly an adults-only platform. Registration by or on behalf of any individual under the age of 21 is absolutely prohibited.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

Each Player is permitted to hold one single Account on paus66 at any time. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balance therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account closure without refund.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. paus66 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify paus66 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.

paus66 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any existing Account at its sole discretion, without being obliged to provide a reason for doing so, subject to the return of any undisputed Balance.

paus66 is required under its international gaming license to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Accounts. KYC verification may be requested at any stage of the Account lifecycle — at registration, prior to the first withdrawal, or at any time paus66 deems it necessary for compliance or fraud prevention purposes.

You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photographic identification (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk, passport, or driving license)

paus66 accepts deposits via the following Approved Payment Methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20). Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time; the current list is always displayed on the paus66 deposit page.

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000 for local bank and e-wallet methods; USD 10 equivalent for USDT.
• Currency: All local-payment balances are maintained in IDR. USDT balances are maintained in USDT. No currency conversion fees are applied by paus66.
• Processing time: E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) credit within seconds. Bank transfer deposits credit within 1–5 minutes during WIB banking hours. USDT deposits credit upon on-chain confirmation (typically 1–3 network confirmations).
• Third-party deposits: Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. paus66 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any such deposit will be returned and the originating Account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Deposit limits: paus66 does not impose a maximum single-deposit limit, but reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for unusually large deposits at its sole discretion.

Withdrawals may only be made to an Approved Payment Method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit to the same Account. paus66 does not process withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000 for local bank and e-wallet methods; USD 20 equivalent for USDT.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 15 minutes to 3 hours during WIB operating hours (09:00–24:00 WIB daily). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next operating window. USDT withdrawals are broadcast on-chain within 30 minutes of approval and settle subject to network confirmation times.
• Withdrawal limits: Standard daily withdrawal limits apply as displayed on your Account dashboard. VIP-tier Accounts are eligible for elevated daily limits by arrangement with paus66 support.
• Wagering requirement: Deposited funds that have not yet been wagered at least once (1x) across any paus66 product must complete this minimum turnover prior to withdrawal. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as defined in the applicable promotion terms.
• KYC hold: paus66 reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests pending satisfactory KYC completion. This hold does not affect the validity of your funds, which remain credited to your Account.

paus66 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus credits carry a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 25x, 30x, 40x) is stated on each promotion page. Wagering contributions by game type (slots, live casino, sportsbook) are specified per promotion.
• Bonus expiry: Bonus credits that are not wagered within the stated validity period (typically 7 to 30 days from issue, as stated per promotion) will expire and be removed from your Account without compensation.
• One bonus per promotion: Each promotion may be claimed once per Account, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times via different Accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus abuse: paus66 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend any Account found to be exploiting or abusing any promotion, at its sole discretion.
• Maximum bonus win cap: Unless stated otherwise on a specific promotion page, winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a maximum cashout cap of Rp 10.000.000 or its USDT equivalent per promotion cycle.

All Wagers placed on paus66 are subject to the specific game rules and sportsbook rules applicable to each product. By placing a Wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the relevant rules for that product.

For sportsbook markets — including BRI Liga 1 fixtures, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Timnas Indonesia internationals, and all other listed sports events — the following general rules apply:

• Odds are subject to change up to the moment a Wager is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your Wager.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to be confirmed prior to the kick-off of the earliest fixture in the parlay. Any selection that is voided will be removed from the parlay, and the remaining legs will stand at adjusted odds.
• Asian handicap (voor bola) markets follow standard Asian handicap settlement rules. Half-stake refunds apply where applicable under the handicap line.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at paus66's discretion. paus66 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets placed during a period of system error or data feed error may be voided.
• paus66 reserves the right to void any Wager placed on an event where the outcome was known to the Player at the time of placing, or where evidence of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns is identified.

For casino and live dealer games, the rules of each individual game — as displayed within the game interface — govern settlement. All games use certified random number generators (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the paus66 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, all associated Balances and winnings forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account, or creating an Account using false or another person's identity
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with any paus66 game, market, or platform interface
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any paus66 product to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus qualification
• Depositing funds derived from criminal or unlawful activity; paus66 is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant financial intelligence authorities under its international licensing obligations
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security, encryption, or access-control mechanism on the paus66 platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing paus66 staff or other Players via any communication channel
• Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location

paus66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where paus66 has reason to believe that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, money-laundering, or other unlawful purposes
• The Account holder is or has become ineligible to hold an Account under the eligibility criteria in Clause 3
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation requires paus66 to do so

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the Player, paus66 will return the undisputed real-money Balance to the Player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus credits and associated winnings are non-refundable upon Account closure.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting paus66 support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any outstanding Balance at the time of closure will be paid out subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures and KYC requirements.

paus66 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which paus66 holds its international gaming license.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement between you and paus66 shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body as designated by paus66. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent paus66 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorized use of the platform.
